The Florida Association of Emergency Medical Services Educators (FAEMSE) Foundation provides scholarships for individuals pursuing a career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic. The FAEMSE Foundation Scholarships will be given out twice a year, at the January and the July meeting of FAEMSE.  The January meeting is associated with the Fire Rescue East Conference in Daytona Beach, Florida and the July meeting is associated with ClinCon Conference in Orlando, Florida.

 

The FAEMSE Foundation will award EMT scholarships of $250 and Paramedic scholarships of $500.  These scholarships will be given directly to the students and can be used as the student chooses.

Applicant must provide proof of enrollment in an approved TRAINING CENTER with a signed letter, on school letterhead, from the training center Program Director and uploaded with the scholarship application for the application to be considered.  Copies of emails, texts, and/or other forms of written acknowledgment will not be acceptable.

 

Read the form carefully.  ALL information and document uploads MUST be included or the application will be considered incomplete and WILL NOT be processed.

• Deadline for the July (2024) meeting (ClinCon - Orlando, Florida) will be midnight, June 1st, 2024.
• Deadline for the January (2025) meeting (Fire Rescue East - Daytona Beach, Florida) will be midnight, December  1st 2024.

 

Deadlines must be adhered to.
